A Purser Catering Officer is required, to join our client’s research vessel, o a temporary contract from 5th December 2017. This will include a ten day handover period.
Join: 5th December 2017 at Santa Cruz (Please note travel will depart 1-2 days prior to this start date)
Leave: 2nd February 2018 at Pointe-a-Pitre
Salary: £38,500 per annum (including, 25 days per month accrued leave)
Candidates are required to have previous catering experience, preferably as purser catering officer, or in similar.
Qualifications
• Seafarer Medical Certificate (ENG1) without restrictions
• STCW basic safety training (Fire Fighting, Personal survival techniques, Personal safety & social responsibility, Elementary first aid)
• Passport
• Discharge book
• MCA approved Health and Hygiene certificate
• Designated Security duties
