Maritime agency “Master Ltd.” was founded in 2001, licensed by the specialized ministry of Ukraine and established to provide professional and competent crewing services to foreign Employers to their full satisfaction. We supply qualified personnel of different levels and specialties to ordinary fleet as well as to offshore fleet - specialized vessels and to passenger vessels. We have experience in recruitment of non-standard specialists to the vessels working in offshore industry and separate department working with hotel & restaurant personnel. We can supply Your Company with either individual specialists or the whole team for performing project works. While selecting specialists for our customers we carefully check references, work experience, level of English and medical testing. Our staff perform effective checking of professional level of candidates. We can organize interviews both by telephone or skype and in our office with the representative of Your Company. Our Maritime agency is headed by Captain Lapin Anatoly, Deep sea captain, Shipmaster with experience of 25 years, President of Odessa shipmaster's association from 1998, member of International federation of shipmasters association.
