The Company Novikontas Kaliningrad office Ltd was founded in 2003. We are licensed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation to act as an intermediary between the Ship Owners and the Seafarers from Russia employed on different types of vessels. We suppose to provide crews for all types of vessels. Every year the company grows and increases the number of new partners and employed seamen. Today, we have more than 7000 application forms of highly qualified seamen’s in our data base. We hold the necessary state licenses and permissions and have all necessary facilities to attend formalities with regard to recruitment, visas, travelling and all other related to crew activities.
