We are ready to offer the following services to our Clients: - Recruiting seafarers – officers and ratings - whose experience and qualification comply with the Employer's requirements; - proving that candidates have appropriate marine documents in accordance with STCW 78/95, and medical certificates, valid for the entire duration of the contract; - executing any documents required by the ship flag state administration (Qualification and GMDSS endorsements, SSO, seamen's discharge book); - assisting in receiving any visa in case of necessity; - preparing crew lists; - ordering and arranging tickets using marine tariffs; - planning schedules of crew changes. We also cooperate with marine educational institutions ( Latvian Maritime Academy, Liepaya Maritime College, Rostov on Don Maritime College) cadets and graduates for shipboard training and possible further employment on our Clients' ships. All communication and control are supported by powerful software. Our company uses a specially designed computer system and database. The necessary information concerning each seafarer is constantly updated and registered into company database.
